Why Should I Upgrade?

TT SIM 7.16.3 includes TT Messaging 7.0.11 which addresses several issues found in the field. In particular, TT Messaging 7.0.11 addresses an issue where TT SIM can become unresponsive during busy market conditions. See Fixes section below for more details.

  1. Exchange Simulator
    1. Settlement price might not populate immediately when X_TRADER® starts in TT SIM mode. (Ref 200570)

  2. Fills
    1. Leg fill prices and quantities are not calculated correctly for pack spreads on CME. (Ref 207475)

  3. Manual Fills
    1. Manual fills entered while in simulation mode can persist on the trader's workstation after switching to production mode. To avoid this issue, users must delete all simulated manual fills prior to switching to production. (Ref 210176)

  4. Order
    1. Fixed an issue where stale Autospreader® orders would display in the Autospreader® MD Trader. (Ref 212137)

    2. A single occurrence was reported where the TT SIM matching engine showed incorrect fill price. This issue was experienced during heavy market activity. (Ref 214277)

  5. Product Server
    1. TT SIM can miss market data updates when subscribing to a product from different gateway flavors of the same exchange. (Ref 207237)

  6. Restart/Recovery
    1. TT SIM does not handle a password change when the user is already in TT SIM mode. A workaround for this issue, is to update password in production mode. (Ref 210884)
