Why Should I Upgrade?

This release of the SFE 7.18.1 Gateway is for the purpose Pre-Production testing on the ASX New Trading Platform (NTP).

ASX NTP is scheduled to go live in March, 2017.

Installation Notes

SFE 7.18 utilizes the ASX Market Data Protocol, which is configured as follows in the hostinfo.cfg file:

The following has been added to the default hostinfo.cfg for Customer or Non-Customer designation in Order Session configuration:

Exchange AccountType mapping section. These are available AccountType:
# 1 = Customer (Client)
# 2 = Non Customer (House)
# A1 is mapped to "1" (Customer / Client) by default, P2 is mapped to "2" (Non Customer / House) by default.
# All other account codes are mapped to "1" (Customer / Client) by default.

Enhancements

  1. Order Server
    1. Tag 1057 will now be sent to FIX Adapter. (Ref 233067)

Fixes

  1. Price Server
    1. Resolved a price server crash sometimes caused by gaps on the price feed. (Ref 233001)

    2. Contract expirations will now be populated correctly. (Ref 233051)

    3. Resolved an issue which resulted in some Strategy products having incorrect names. (Ref 233059)
